Frogs in the pond

Outdoor ponds are small ecosystems of incredible harmony. It’s wonderful to see how everything fits into place and life is lived generously and beautiful.

If you have the opportunity to have a pond in your garden you have to assess the presence of frogs as a great blessing.

In my first estanquecito got some fish to be eaten by mosquito larvae. A few days later I see a strange movement, when I discover attentive eyes looking at me covered under the leaves of water lilies. By moving the animal became frightened and swam to the bottom of the pond. It was a frogBut not just any frog, a frog was great, really impressive.

I began to fear for the life of my fish, And every day trying to make sure none are missing. My husband had never seen a frog of this size, me neither.

A few days later I was not one, but afamilyentire huge frogs. As the fish continued to live in the pond in perfect condition. Then I learned that Frogs do not eat anything under the waterOnly prey on the surface.

It was veryfunnystill see them swimming or watching contemplate. Her singing also fascinated me at night. But the best part is that en the surface of the pond there was no sign of any type of insect. There was nothing, not dead dragonflies or bees, or spiders, or larvae of any kind. The water looked very clean. In fact, the presence of fish was completely useless, because frogs were responsible for cleaningAnd the best part was that he did willingly.

Now I’m doing my new pond, And since I have tadpoles into cubes which temporarily hold someplantswaterfowl. I hope to have finished for when they become frogs and stay to live in my garden forever.
